Michael Pratico Sr.

Michael J. Pratico is the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Richardson Commercial Realtors and its affiliate companies Lexington Appraisal Group and Richardson Management Group. Mr. Pratico directs the activities of one of the most well known commercial and industrial real estate firms in Central New Jersey and parts of eastern Pennsylvania. He is one of the founders of Richardson Commercial Realtors. With over three decades in the industry, he has been involved in every aspect of real estate including land planning and development, construction, ownership, valuation, consulting, sale, leasing and management of various property types including office and flex buildings, parks and campuses and community shopping centers.
