Since 2005, Mike has enjoyed working and creating relationships with a variety of people and some unique properties. There are many important details involved the the real estate transactions and he is happy to guide clients through the process using his expertise. He enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions and negotiating win-wins. Business with Mike is both honest and pressure free.
Mike is a third generation resident who loves sharing his local knowledge, connections, community, and the Sandpoint lifestyle. Mike wants the people he works with to feel more than a client, but a new and welcome member of the Sandpoint Community. During his free time, he coaches youth sports, partakes in outdoor recreation on the lake or mountains, and spends time with his wife and three sons.
