My Bio
My name is Mike Rosania and I am full time PA and NJ licensed real estate agent.

In my career I helped many sellers, buyers, and investors meet and exceed their real estate goals and expectations. From first time buyers to the most savvy of real estate investors, I have the knowledge, expertise and experience to walk my clients through the entire home buying or selling process and make the transaction as stress free as possible.

I am also Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). This intense training focuses on foreclosure alternatives as well as assisting clients through all types of distressed situations including short sales, loan modifications, estate sales, relocations, or any hardship in general. I am also extensively trained in negotiating short sales which have become a huge part of the current real estate market and I understand what it takes to get these types of transactions closed and help get my clients back on their feet again.

My goal is to give my clients the attention required and service they deserve when making life changing decisions. What sets me apart from the rest of the many real estate agents is there are no transaction is too big or too small and my clients best interests are ALWAYS put first.
