In May 1987, Mike moved to the Outer Banks and has been happily assisting people with their real estate needs since. He grew up working in a family run business in Richmond, VA, and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. His family and him vacationed here on the Outer Banks and he loved it, so he decided to make this home. Mike and his wife Linda live in Southern Shores and have a baby girl named Katherine.
His outside interests center on The Martial Arts, cooking, golf, and Katherine! Recently Mike achieved the rank of Fourth Degree Black Belt in Cheshin Ryu Karate. He donates much of his after work spare time to teach at The Bushin-Kan Karate Dojo of the Outer Banks. In his teaching he stresses focusing the mind and the spirit to be totally committed and dedicated to achieving your goal. Focus, commitment, and dedication are the keys to achievement in life just as in Karate. By incorporating those principals and ideals into his daily life, Mike has become a specialist in dealing with real estate needs on the Outer Banks. Being the recipient of many sales awards, a recent graduate of The Realtor Institute and an accomplished Multi-Million Dollar Producer, year after year, he values his success not in dollars but in the satisfaction in helping so many people realize their dreams.
