Michael is a father to Oliver (10 years old), and husband to Danielle Schlichte (18 years), and a long-time resident of Rio Rancho. He is currently building a custom home in Corrales New Mexico where he plans to raise his family and lay down even deeper roots.

Michael has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. He began his career as a home flipper. Since that time Michael and his team have flipped approximately two hundred homes in NM ranging from Artesia to Farmington and every city in between. He has raised over $25 million in private funds (hard Money) for various residential projects.

Michael currently owns Absolute Real Estate and successfully built Absolute Property Management beginning in 2013 and sold it in the fall of 2021.
