There truly aren’t enough words to share our gratitude towards Michael. Michael sold my moms house so she could be closer to me in Georgia. From the very start Michael was efficient, kind, responsive, and very eager to help us sell our house as fast as possible (which is what we requested). He sold our house in just 3 days!

Michael kept in constant communication and explained everything to us in terms we actually understood.

The house needed some repairs after the inspection. Michael and his father also have a contracting business so they were able to fix all the issues that came up for a fraction of the cost it would have been to hire someone else!

I cannot recommend Michael and his team enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated agent.

I would highly recommend anyone to contact Michael if they are selling or purchasing a home. My house was only on the market for 8 days! I was blown away! He is completely honest and transparent when it comes to what you need to do to get your house to sell ASAP. Michael will guide you through the entire process and make sure you are well taken care of!

Michael just helped me purchase my first home and I cannot recommend him enough! He is an investor and well versed in renovations, which helped me feel confident in buying a fixer-upper as my first home. I found Michael through the Bigger Pockets agent finder. My wife and I are out of state investors, so it was critical that we find an agent that is very knowledgeable and also an investor. He worked with us for three months before we had an offer accepted on a duplex in Greensburg (closed in January 2023). Not only is he very knowledgeable on the Westmoreland county market, but he also knows and pointed out the nuts and bolts of a house during our Facetime walkthroughs. He was very communicative throughout the process which made the distance investing much smoother than anticipated. His insight and attention to detail was very helpful when analyzing deals as well. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him, and we are already planning to reach out and find our next deal with him in the very near future.

I had been trying to sell my house with another real estate company and was not getting anyone coming to look at tje house. I signed on with Mike at HouseRock Realty and he immediately started working on selling my house. He kept in communication with me every step of the way. He was reaching out to people regarding the house and other agents in the area. With a week we had my first open house and I received an offer the next day. This was all within a week of him becoming my realtor. He was always friendly and caring even made a donation in my late husband's name to the chairity I selected when he passed. Not many realtors would do that. It meant a lot to me. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to sell their house. I had been skeptical after the bad experience I had with the other company, but Mike exceeded my expectations.
