Michael Sewell

Michael is the Legal Compliance Officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. With degrees in law and psychology and over 40 years of real estate experience, he is well-qualified to provide direction and support for the managers and agents of the firm.

Michael has taught pre-license and broker classes for Coldwell Banker and teaches continuing education throughout Wisconsin for the Wisconsin Realtors Association. He has served on his local Realtor Association Board of Directors for over 20 years, including two terms as its president. He has been involved in WRA leadership, both on the Board of Directors and as a Vice President on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Risk Management Committee for the National Association of Realtors.

Michael has received the Wisconsin Realtors Association Instructor of the Year award three times, has twice received his local association’s Excellence in Professionalism award, and is a recipient of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Distinguished Service award. He has been with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group since 1988 and was immensely proud to receive the firm’s highest honor, The Eddy Award, in 2021.
