Rob Cox is definitely someone who I would recommend day in and day out. If you want someone there for you, watching out for your best interests, taking calls or answering text messages late at night when questions arise. Then Rob is definitely your guy!!! From start to finish Mike and his staff were fabulous! He had resources available to repair things as needed that helped sell my Dads house. More than that he was kind and respectful to my Dad who is elderly and hard of hearing. He was patient and accommodating to my Dad and to our family. I will call him when we sell next year! I’ve told several co workers about his willingness to make things easy for all of us!

Mike Shannon has been a Godsend for me. His professionalism in managing my second home has been second to none. He has been perfect. I have a job that requires me to travel an excessive amount and the last thing I needed was dealing with my old house. Mike was unbelievable. Any issue that came up…. No matter when…. No matter what time… Mike would reach out to me, tell me, explain his options to fix the issue and he would take care of it! Dealing with your local city/ with your tenants/ with the paperwork/ with permits and such…. Mike took all that stress off of me. I cannot express enough how he made it so easy to manage a rental property and even selling said property. I NEVER do reviews but I recommend Mike Shannon to anyone who needs a property manager or selling a home!!

Metropolitan Real Estate Agency run by Mike Shannon is a professional organization. They understand the need of the person and are very reposnive to the tenant's need. I rented an apartment from them and it was very clean and well managed. I have to break my lease before the term ended and when I explained the reason to Mike, he worked with me and helped me out. A very kind landlord and a nice person.

I'll highly recommend him for your rreal estate needs.

I had two rental homes I needed to sell and Mike the owner handled each sale from telling me what we needed to do to the homes to sell quickly and even had a crew come in and do the work with a very fair price . Mike listed both of the homes and with his expertise I received offers above market value ! If you are looking for a company that knows the market he will get you top dollar for your homes ! I had lived in my house for over 30 years and had fallen behind in repairs. I couldn’t see a way out. Mike Shannon came in and knew exactly what to do. He looked at what money I had for improvements, prioritized it, and arranged for the work to be done. From experience he knew exactly where to price the house and it got multiple offers. Mike was very patient and always asking if I needed help with anything. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was so fortunate to have found Michael Shannon when I decided to move. As my Realtor, he helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as I looked at several homes and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers. He was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mike was that he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. This is what i can say about Metropolitan. Awesome, Amazing, Great, Incredible, responsive, honest, diligent, and every other good thing you can think of. They are the only way to go! The property manager I had before was a nightmare and switching to Metropolitan was the best thing I did and they are such a breath of fresh air. Imagine someone that actually takes pride in what they do and in your property. I couldn't ask for anything more than what Metropolitan delivers. It's very comforting, especially since I live out of state. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

It is challenging to find a trustworthy property management company especially when living in a different state. Michael Shannon and his team at Metropolitan Real Estate has made the process of managing our property very comfortable. They follow through with what needs to be done and communicate on the status of our property on a regular basis. So I’m a typical person looking for a place to move going into the new year. I found this convenient duplex not far from work. Set up an appointment and hear I was. Metropolitan Real Estate, Mike met me with no hesitation. When I say the apartment was just like the photos that’s exactly what it was!!! I love the place, he allowed me complete the application only and I was able to provide all the information needed within 1 hr. I had my update the next morning. I been with them for 5 months and they are the best landlords I have ever had! I haven’t had any issues and Mike has always a text or call away. Great People!!!

I have a beautiful home thanks to Tricia Ray! Never thought l would own a home again. Tricia had to jump through a lot of hurdles to get us this house.
