Michael Sheaffer

Michael joined Bennett Williams in January 2021. Since 1983 a deep appreciation is extended to all who helped shape his robust career in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate. Michael is active in all facets of Commercial/Industrial brokerage including sales and leasing, investment, land and development.

Excelling in culinary arts and hospitality at a young age, Michael gained a wealth of understanding in establishing quality business relationships both locally and regionally combined with extensive travel abroad in seventeen countries. He attributes a career of highly significant transaction volume to enthusiasm, perseverance, and determination.

Having served multiple years on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors C&I Council as program committee chair, two term President along with having received “Member of the Year” in recognition of his achievement within the field, Michael is considered a leader.

In addition to being a member of LCAR, PAR, and NAR Michael is actively involved at Hempfield United Methodist Church, having served as a member of the Host Ministry Team. Primarily a lifelong resident of Manor Township, Michael is blessed with a remarkable wife (Tari) and is a proud father of two successful sons (Zach and Trent).
