We were introduced to Michael while searching for a home and were so impressed with him we asked him to sell our house. Micheal had experience with our type of situation and helped us put a contingency offer on another home while we had a contingency offer on our home. Michael was calm, cool and even keeled throughout the process (often when we as buyers and sellers were not). Michael was highly responsive and answered text messages immediately and returned phone calls within the hour even after 6pm. Micheal helped us successfully negotiate a price on our home in our desired range and helped us get the seller of our home to drop their price and agree to repairs. Michael's other skill set was the ability to see a house and envision costs/repairs and help with estimates and getting contractors. There is not enough room to say how pleased we were to have had Michael as our realtor! He made our Arizona house hunting a joy, with no pressure what so ever and his honest feedback helped us to choose a fabulous home in a state we were unfamiliar with.
