I am the proud father of 3 amazing kids! I have 21 and 23 year old sons, and my "not-so-little-anymore princess" is 19. I am an Army veteran. I enjoy golf and sports.

I'm originally from Michigan, and after my time in the Army and working in hospital ERs and labs, I become a licensed real estate salesperson and then broker in the metro Detroit area in 1997. When my Dad moved to The Villages in 1998 I fell in love with the area and decided to make the move to Florida in 2003.

I started working with the developers of The Villages in 2003 and worked exclusively in The Villages until 2014. I have extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, floor plans, and the specific "ins and outs" of the community. After that I branched out into the central Florida market as a whole so I could not only sell in The Villages, but all over this place I've called home for over 20 years now!

Earning my real estate broker license means I have continued my real estate education beyond what the typical salesperson has. I have also earned the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. This combined with over 20 years of real estate experience and having helped hundreds of folks buy and sell their homes means I know the process and can make it both easy and enjoyable.
