Michael Steverson

Mike Steverson is the Broker and Co-Owner of Warrant Realty, INC, a residential and commercial Real Estate and Property Management Company located in Portsmouth, VA. He was born and raised in Norfolk, VA, and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1980. In 1982, he enlisted into the United States Coast Guard and served proudly for 31 years, attaining the highest rank in his chosen field of Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CWO4).

Mike's Real Estate career began in 2006, working for a small company in Virginia Beach for 7 years. In 2013, he opened Warrant Realty with his close friend and business partner. Since then, Warrant Realty has helped hundreds of clients and customers meet their real estate goals. The company manages 65 single-family residential homes throughout Hampton Roads, as well as a multi-tenant commercial building. Warrant Realty's motto is "Connecting Quality People with Quality Property," and Mike aims to do just that.
