met Michael when he helped me to find an apartment. He was so thorough and professional, I knew exactly who to call when it came time to purchase my home. I am a self-admitted very particular buyer and searched for homes for nearly a year. Michael was extremely patient and constantly reassured me to take my time and make the right decision. I also purchased during a very competitive market and was extremely impressed with Michael's negotiating tactics. He was willing to accommodate my last minute requests to see a property...sometimes just hours after it was on the market. He brought with him a great sense of the market and most importantly, he is just a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Michael was very patient with me. He was very accommodating and showed me all of the houses that I wanted to see. Considering I lived almost two hours away that was no small task. I had never considered a townhouse at all. It was Michael's idea to just go take a look in the BEAUTIFUL CHAPEL HILL COMMUNITY!!! I fell in love when I drove in the entrance to the complex!
