Michael was extremely kind. He took time to help us during all hours of the day, even if it was over the weekend during his personal time. He even helped me replace faucets when I couldn't figure out how to in order to save us the headache and expense of a contractor. Not only was he was able to successfully sell our home, but he was helpful in finding me a temporary apartment while he scoured 3 cities for the home that was perfect for me. I'm an extremely picky person, and he seemed to already know the things that would matter most to me when looking for my new home! Michael went above and beyond to help me. Michael was patient and kind and I am a hard person to deal with. I told Michael that I was in the market but in no rush to buy, I explained that i will only buy if a good deal comes around. Even with me not being ready to buy Michael kept in touch with me for over 6 months, contacting me periodically whenever a deal would spark up.
