Professionalism, Care and Follow-up personified. Michael did not just sell me a house...he cared about the long-term goals for the property and ensured that I got exactly what I was looking for. We met him at a open house and he instantly gave us useful information about the area we were shopping. When he went out of town, he set us up with one of his colleagues so we did not miss out on any viewings. And even after the sale, he linked us up with someone who helped us get the house ready for tenants. He is very knowledgeable in the different parts of Maryland as well. Would recommend him 100000000% to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Going above and beyond. Michael Wade is the best realtor I've ever had. He goes above and beyond and is incredibly helpful. He took care of all of the details so that my husband and me didn't have to. He worked tirelessly to find us a house which is just right for us. Michael is an exceptional real estate agent. I have bought and sold 3 prior houses, and he is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and responsive. He did an in depth cost analysis for every home I was seriously interested in that was far beyond anything I have ever seen another agent do. One of his noteworthy attributes is his extreme attention to detail. When I was viewing houses, and ultimately having an inspection performed on the property I bought, he was constantly identifying potential issues. Basically, I felt like he had my back in that he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale just to earn his commission. Rather, he wanted to make sure the property I bought was right for me and my family. Even after I bought my home, he has been there to offer advice and make recommendations for any type of contractor I might need.

I would absolutely work with Michael again. He felt more like a friend helping me buy a home than just a typical realtor. I give him my highest possible recommendation.

I listed my Baltimore rental property "for sale by owner". After being inundated with calls from sharks wanting to buy for cash, I decided to look for an agent. Being retired military, I searched for a veteran. I found Michael, but did not call him because his office appeared to be more for the Washington market. Not long after, by chance, Michael called me and I realized he was the vet that I didn't call. Turns out for his office he specializes in the Baltimore market. His pitch was quite compelling leading me (who has owned rental properties for forty years) to conclude that he knew what he was doing. On top of that, he has a special offer for vets.

I had done my homework and knew what the asking price should be. He came to the house, did a thorough analysis, backed by data, and came up with the same number. So I knew that he knew what he was doing.

Michael had an excellent marketing approach that included professional photos and a high-tech 3-D display. He gave me a list of things to do prior to showing; simple things that made the house more presentable. Michael conducted an open house within days of the listing becoming active. I had an immediate full price offer from qualified buyers.

The buyers turned out to be very difficult, making demands for things that were irrelevant. Being a Pennsylvanian and familiar with real estate laws there, I had no idea of how ridiculous and unfair to sellers (and landlords) Maryland real estate laws are. It was really the nanny state that almost killed our deal, but Michael was persistent and we prevailed. Michael navigated these difficulties very professionally and saved the sale. I am so glad that I am out of Maryland.

While I was in the military for 24 years, I never jumped out of helicopters. Michael still does this in the Reserve. The kind of person who will jump out of a perfectly good helicopter is the kind of person you want selling your real estate - detail oriented, persistent and goal driven.
