About Michael

Michael was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After graduating from Blain High School, he went on to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth on a Football scholarship and received his Bachelor's degree in Education. After graduating from the UMD he taught in Minnesota for a couple of years before he relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 2000.

Michael began his real estate career investing in Phoenix Real Estate. After two years of investing, he decided to incorporate sales into his business and received his Real Estate Salesperson license in July of 2002. After several more years of investing and selling, Michael was approached by his long time friend and business associate to partner with him in opening an appraisal company.

In January of 2008 they started Skyline Appraisals Inc. Over the past five years they have built a very reputable and successful appraisal business completing over 1,500 appraisals. Having the appraisal background is extremely beneficial to Michael's real estate business. His ability to determine the true market value of a home from an appraiser's perspective is tremendously advantageous to his clients.

Although this attribute is very important, Michael considers his two strongest qualities to be building personal relationships and providing the highest level customer service. His great pleasure in finding the perfect home for his clients is surpassed only by the joy he takes from gaining a lifelong friend in the process.
