Mike is is someone that whenever a client calls and asks a question he is more than happy to take the time and explain the information no matter how long it takes. He takes great pride in is work and is always studying, going to classes, and learning the next best marketing technique for selling homes. Mike is also on the constant search for the next best tool to assist buyers with finding the right home with ease. With the use of constant video Mike is able to share information in that way that helps everyone understand the process easier and in a more relational way.

Mike did an amazing job selling our house. We got offers for more than list in just the first few days on the market. Mike did a great job on letting us know the most important things to repair or touch up to have the best effect on selling. He took pictures pointing things out and gave us a list as well. He also sent a video going over everything. He did a great job communicating all around. His instincts on price and marketing were spot-on. Lastly, we made it hard because we were out of the state, so had to take care of a lot of little things for us including emergency repairs. Thanks Mike!!
