Michael G. Wright is a career real estate professional, with 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including structured finance, debt and equity sourcing, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and both commercial and residential development. Mike served as an Executive Vice President , overseeing real estate investments and acquisitions for 13 years for A&B Properties Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alexander and Baldwin Inc. (NYSE: ALEX)., headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 2014 Mike formed Wright Hawaii Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC, providing development, advisory, and brokerage services to select commercial real estate clients.
Prior to joining A&B in 2001, Mike was a Senior Vice President with GE Capital-Hawaii, Commercial Real Estate Finance; and a Vice President with City National Bank-Commercial Real Estate lending, in Beverly Hills, California. Mike is a member of ICSC, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Arthritis Foundation of Hawaii..
