About Michael

He began his real estate career in 1986. He had worked as an accountant for General Foods, now Kraft, from 1977 to 1986. He began investing in apartment buildings in 1980 and discovered that a career path in real estate offered a myriad of opportunities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, which has assisted him throughout his real estate endeavors both as a broker and an investor.

He moved to Burr Ridge in 1992 and has lived there since. He worked in the LaGrange market from 1994 -1998 and began with Baird and Warner in Downers Grove in 1999.

In that year, he added a general contractor to his experiences. He built several luxury homes in Downers Grove, Westmont, Naperville, and Lombard. This gives him a unique insight to understand and present high end homes as a real estate broker.

He has consistently performed in the top two percent of the 2000 Baird and Warner agents over the last 10 years, and in the top one percent in the last three years. During the last two years he has sold 125 homes for a total of 33 million dollars.

Starting in 2010, he has appeared on a monthly radio show at WJOL AM 1340. This gives him a platform to promote his listings and real estate skills to another audience.

He takes a consultative approach in helping his seller and buyer clients to reach the most effective and efficient options available for meeting their goals and expectations. He focuses on designing innovative marketing plans that yield the greatest price the market will offer. He utilizes his vast knowledge of the real estate marketplace to help families and individuals buy homes, sell homes, and take care of the details of their relocation. His top priority is his commitment to his clients.
