In 1986 I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and in 1993 a Master of Arts degree in the same field. For 6 years I ran my own direct marketing business. During that time I received numerous awards in the area of top sales and superior customer service. Skills I have learned and knowledge of I have gained from that experience have been incorporated into my Real Estate career. I am involved with buyers and sellers looking for properties in the southwest and near western suburbs. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience working distressed properties - short sales and REOs. I take pride in the fact that I have assisted numerous homeowners with their distressed properties in the Chicagoland area. Education is the key to success in Real Estate and Investment. I have had, and continue to have the opportunity to train under current and former bank mitigators, giving me well over 125 hours of one on one training. This training has given me the ability to keep in touch with current trends in the lending industry. Over the years I have been involved with my own investment properties, including, the building of spec homes and overseeing rental property.
