Micheal Holzhauer is hands down the best realtor you will work with! We are a military family; and selling our home remotely and his experience with military combined with his arsenal of contractors helped make the process as easy as one could hope for. There was never any concern that a job wasn't going to get done right and he flooded us with pictures and updates to ensure we were satisfied prior to writing a check. He communicated clearly and was always available to discuss matters. I never imagined I would sell a home from three states away, but with Micheal on our team, we were able to accomplish renovations, listing and selling the home on time and on budget! Micheal's integrity is above reproach and you can be assured you have the best person on your side when buying or selling your home.

Micheal is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I’ve have dealt with several agents in the past and his customer service far exceeds any other agent that I have worked with. Throughout the entire home selling process he was always readily available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Micheal provided excellent recommendation on what we needed to do, and more importantly didn’t need to do, in order to secure a quick contract. Our sale was part of my father’s estate and we had several unexpected twists and turns. Micheal went above and beyond to help us navigate and overcome the many obstacles we encountered all the way until we reached the closing table! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of selling or buying a home in the Tennessee area! You will not be disappointed!

Working with Micheal was a terrific experience from beginning to end. He always worked late hours and responded to my family and I promptly. His schedule was flexible enough to work with us through weekends and odd hours. If he could get us a house in this market, he can do it for anyone else. I will be definitely recommending anyone in the in the area looking for a home to go see him.
