Michele is AMAZING! She answered all of our questions. Then answered them again when we got nervous and asked the same thing. We switched financing on her so many times I lost count and she did everything needed to make it work. She gave us contacts for insurance, waterproofing, concrete, roofing, etc. I absolutely adore her. I highly recommend Michele. She gets everything done perfectly and is absolutely looking out for you every step of the way.

Three years ago when I relocated to Birmingham, I used Michelle as my realtor. She was always patient and thorough during my search for a home. Where do I begin...Michele Burbank is an AMAZING realtor! From the start she was on fire! She not only got our home listed lightening fast, way faster than I was expecting, but we had a contract on it the next day! She REALLY knows her stuff! I personally did not know Michele before her being recommended to represent me in the selling of my house. To say that I'm over joyed that that she stepped in to this transaction is an understatement. Michele's professionalism, wealth of experience and knowledge made the selling of this property go so smoothly it was a total surprise to me. We met on a Thursday house was listed on Friday and after 36 showings we had a commitment and contract Sunday night at well over the asking price. Through her contacts was able to arrange a contractor to help with a small issue that an adjuster had, that through my efforts and the people I knew could not find in the market we're in right now, at a very reasonable price and timely manner. Michele has been in the business for some years and is successful because she has your interest at heart. I'd recommend Michele to anybody and every one who's looking to sell their property.

I'm now on my 3rd purchasing/selling experience with Michelle Burbank. While repeat business may be the biggest endorsement of all, it doesn't really telegraph how much the entire real estate process is made infinitely easier when you have a PRO like Michelle involved.

It's an old adage that you need both a confidant and a bulldog when it comes to getting through legal matters, whether that be an attorney or a real estate professional. Not only is Michelle knowledgeable and easy to talk to regarding confidential matters, but she has no issues challenging anyone or anything that gets in the way of getting a good deal for YOU!

She has the experience and tenacity to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I'm extremely fortunate to have found her over 20 years ago during my first home purchase and expect that we will work together very soon on the next one.
