Michele Clark

Michele is a 40+ year real estate salesperson in Broome & Chenango Counties. During her career, she has been a licensed mortgage originator, a real estate sales manager for a small independent agency in Binghamton, a first time homebuyer program manager and financial services consultant for a not-for-profit in Chenango County and was the Family Selection Coordinator for Broome County Habitat for Humanity.

Michele is a Foreclosure Prevention & Mitigation Specialist, trained and certified by NeighborWorks America, the largest not-for-profit housing agency in the US. She also was a founding member & instructor of the Binghamton Homeownership Academy and is an approved NYS real estate instructor.

Michele recently founded Community Foreclosure Solutions. She offers free pre-foreclosure counseling to keep homeowners in their homes and in conjunction with Century 21 North East/Integra, she offers real estate marketing services to homeowners who can no longer afford to keep their home. #RelationshipBeforeReward
