I wish there were 10 stars to rate Michele, she was fantastic! My husband and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was wonderful to work with, answered all of our (endless) questions, responded to emails almost immediately (even at 10pm at night!), and never once made us feel like a burden when we wanted to look at homes ASAP! Not only does she have great customer service, but she's a bull dog negotiator. She got us a great deal on our new home, and lots of extras that we wouldn't have gotten with anyone else. I highly recommend Michele Connors. She was my eyes and ears during my relocation process. On more than one occasion she saved me from pitfalls I would have fallen prey to had she not been so familiar with the area geographically (potential flood zones etc). More importantly she knows real estate processes well enough to have kept us from from financial pitfalls too. We did not spend a dime that we didn't have to - She treated us like million dollar clients; rest assured we are not. She worked diligently to ensure that my family has the house we need! I had 2 days to find a house and she came up with a full schedule for both days and various options with our compromising any of my original requests. Michele was referred to me by a co-worker. While my husband was deployed, I needed to buy a new home. She worked diligently to find the perfect place based upon our must haves list. She found it, in record time...and negotiated a terrific deal! We then had to sell a rental home we owned -- again, she worked VERY hard to make sure the house showed well and was able to secure our asking price with the buyer! K Wagner I can't believe how lucky I was that I found Michele ! I could not have asked for a better buyers agent! We went to one house, I already knew it was the one, and by the time I was done with dinner that night she had an offer written up for me. She was incredibly knowledgable about other house values in the area and explained the reason she had come up with the number she had, it was below asking price. When negotiations started she was amazing and managed to keep the process as stress free as possible; when everything was done she made sure I was not overpaying for the house. During the due diligence phase Michele keept me updated and answered every question, there were a lot since this was my first time buying a house! I am beyond grateful for having her by my side through the entire home buying process, I really can't write enough nice things about Michele!
