Missy's the only realtor my parents and I will trust now, and is the type of person that you would be confident to recommend to your friends and family. She's friendly, warm, and honest without being harsh.

After an impromptu viewing of a townhouse, Missy helped us submit an offer and get accepted in less than 72 hours. Her incredible knowledge coupled with her honest opinion of the property and surrounding neighborhood made the home purchasing process unbelievably smooth. Missy can easily tap into a wealth of resources from mudjacking to rental information and has done so for us. We will definitely have Missy help us sell our main home when the time comes!

I've worked with Missy twice now: first with my parents' property purchase, and now my first home purchase. Missy came to save me from my anxiety during my first home purchase in U-City, where the old homes come with their own unique set of characteristics (and issues). She knows old homes really well, and has an incredible eye for detail. I felt confident with her in my corner when it came time to negotiate for repairs, and it felt good that she played hardball for me when I was too nervous to. She also was able to placate my concerns too (especially when I was in a tizzy about buying my first home). There's no better person you want on your side, and I felt fully advocated for.

10/10 would always recommend Missy for anyone's homebuying needs.

We had a great experience with Missy for both buying our new home and selling our old! We reached out to Missy when we were just starting to look and in no real hurry to buy, and she was helpful off the bat. Not only were the home search emails an easy way to find places fitting our needs, but she was flexible about setting up showings and gave very honest opinions about the homes we visited. I always felt she was not just trying to sell us any house, but a good house for us. She was quick to notice things we may not and tell us about them. When we found our new home, Missy was spot-on in her analysis of what the house was worth and what we should offer. She worked with great inspectors and the purchase process really went off without a hitch!

When we decided to buy, we also put our old house on the market with Missy. She was very helpful in coming by to give advice on how to get it looking best for photos and the photographer she worked with did a great job. When it came to pricing our house, we felt that Missy was extremely thoughtful in her comps and knowledgeable about the current state of the market. Our home sold quickly, the first day of showings! We really think that Missy's pricing advice got people in the door AND we were pleased with the sale price. Missy Fish is a great real estate agent. She was very helpful throughout the entire process as I was a first time home buyer. She was always flexible with her time to meet to see homes. We strictly kept to my top home wish list items. During home viewings, she was always good at looking at the mechanical details of things, like the age of the HVAC and hot water heater among other things, so I could focus on the other details of the house. We don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Missy was when we sold our home. Missy helped us over four years ago purchase a home and when we were looking to sell our house, we knew we needed Missy on our team. We were not looking to sell, so when I sprang the request to sell our home with about months’ notice she was quick to respond to the task and immediately started helping us even with a very full plate. We were referred to Missy and let me tell you, we got SO lucky! Despite my fiancé and I playing “red light green light” on the house search over the past 7 or 8 months, Missy was always willing to jump back into house showings and was always super supportive, despite me being extremely flighty when it came to purchasing a home.

We recently needed to move quickly to another state eight hours away because of a job transfer and Missy was highly recommended by my company moving agency. Missy is prompt in customizing listings based on what you want, and wont hold back from pointing out a property's weak points so you know what you're getting into. It's clear that her goal isn't simply to sell houses, but to find you a good home. She's built up a network of trustworthy reliable contacts, and if something needs to be researched she's on it.
