Michele Holland, a seasoned marketing professional, has spent four decades in sales and marketing, with thirty years dedicated to the radio management and marketing industry. After retiring three years ago, Michele pursued a new career as a REALTOR®, merging her marketing expertise with her passion for real estate.
Originally from Cedarburg, Wisconsin, Michele earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Having called Central Florida home for the past 25 years, she and her husband, Harper, enjoy their weekends at their New Smyrna Beach condominium. As a sales associate at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's North Orlando office, Michele specializes in the New Smyrna and South Daytona beaches, as well as Seminole and North Orange counties.
Michele's fluency in French makes her an attractive associate for international customers, while her warm personality, attention to detail, and responsive communication make her desirable to all customers. Known for treating her buyers and sellers with the utmost respect, Michele listens attentively to their needs and offers solutions. Her primary goal as a sales associate is to overcommunicate during the sales process and surpass the expectations of her buyers and sellers.
Michele is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS®, and the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS®. In her free time, she loves to travel or visit one of Florida's beautiful beaches with her husband and son.
