Michele Liang

A true native Seattleite, Michele Liang has brought her marketing expertise and professionalism to the Seattle real estate community for the past five years. After growing up in Issaquah and Bellevue, she attended Seattle University and still resides in the Seattle area today along with her husband, mortgage lender Bryan Brzeg, daughter Remy, and their toy poodle Truffle. To say Liang knows Seattle well would be an understatement. She knows the ins and outs of each neighborhood, but she also intimately understands the demographics of the buyers and sellers she serves. Liang grew up speaking both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. As a multilingual realtor, her ability to communicate with clients who don’t speak English has proven instrumental to her business. Today, Liang’s business is both local and international—she can assist Seattle natives looking for a new home, but she can also help clients overseas who need an agent with their best interests at heart. Clients frequently praise Liang’s work ethic. “They do not envy me for my job,” she laughs, mentioning that in the past year, she submitted an offer the same day she gave birth to her daughter—and won. “They know it can be stressful and demanding. I care about what I do and strive to do better every day.” In 2022, Liang received the Five-Star Professional Award and an AREAA A-List Top Producers ranking in the top 50 nationwide. She is also an active member of her community, sitting on the Board of The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce and serving as a member of the SKCR First Citizens Event Committee among many other local organizations. “The biggest compliment I receive from all my clients are their referrals introducing me to their family and friends,” Liang says. “I want to be the one you call when you think of real estate.”
