About Michele

My favorite part of being a Realtor is experiencing the absolute joy my clients feel when they have found a place to call home. Realtors take about the 'dance' that clients do when they have found 'the one', I'm here to tell you the dance is real and it's wonderful.

I am mom and bonus mom to a large blended family with 2 kids in college and 3 in high school. I understand that family dynamics change and can be emotionally charged at times. Part of life is change, and I strive to be an agent who manages the process of the transaction so that clients are free to concentrate on the decisions and making the right choices for them, in every stage of life.

I am a native of West Des Moines, Iowa, and currently live in Ames, Iowa with my husband, our 5 kids and a Corgi. I will spend all day dragging anyone in my circle to go see unique properties and dream up renovations. I love tile stores, light fixtures, and my husband says I have a real bad habit of playing with mortgage calculators. I am also a class nerd, and I am always taking continuing education classes for fun. No really, for fun.

I believe that life is what you make of it; a positive attitude, the agility to takes to remain teachable, and the willingness to discover joy in life directs the path for successful outcomes.
