Michele Payne

MICHELE PAYNE was born and raised in Tennessee. She comes from over 28 years experience in strategic marketing and business development. She has many years of experience working with clients to help them negotiate deals, resolve issues and create strong relationships with the people she works with. She has earned a reputation for being honest, easy to work with and has become a mentor and advocate for many she works with.

Michele began her real estate career in order to pursue her personal investing career. She and her husband bought their first investment property at an auction and were able to remodel and sell it. She was inspired by her own experience, as well as the happiness of the buyers when purchasing her house, and began expanding her real estate career. She has personal experience in long term rentals, short term rentals, new construction, fix-and-flips and residential sales. She loves to meet new people and help others achieve their goals. She has increased her knowledge in investing and renting so that she can help people find ways to invest their money and gain financial independence.

Michele Payne lives in Pleasant View with her husband. She has a blended family with 5 great kids and 4 amazing grandbabies. She loves to travel, shop, invest in real estate, buy, improve and sell properties and an occasional round of golf with her family.
