Michele Rehm has proudly called West Pasco home since she was 10 years old. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she moved to Florida when her father opened a gas and service station so the family could be closer to her grandparents. Michele grew up attending Anclote Elementary, Gulf Junior High, and Gulf Comprehensive High School, graduating in 1982 before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.
For 12 years, Michele taught first grade, a career she truly loved. But as the mother of three young boys, she realized balancing a classroom full of first graders with busy evenings, packed lunches, and family life called for a more flexible career. In 2001, she made the transition into real estate, where she found another way to educate, guide, and help people.
Over the past five decades, Michele has watched West Pasco grow into one of the Tampa Bay area's best places to live. From waterfront homes and acreage to active adult communities and family neighborhoods, she believes there's truly something here for everyone.
Today, as Broker/Owner of Star One Realty Group Elite, Michele combines more than 25 years of real estate experience with over 50 years of living in West Pasco, offering a level of local knowledge that only comes from being part of the community she serves. She jokes she has "a cap with a few thousand feathers," meaning years of experience have prepared her to solve just about any challenge that comes up during a transaction.
Her goal is simple: when clients leave the closing table, she wants them to say, "Michele helped us every step of the way." She believes buying or selling a home should be exciting, not overwhelming, and is committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Michele is married to fellow Realtor Bruce Rehm. Together they have three sons, two of whom are Realtors, and one grandchild. Away from work, she enjoys gardening, volunteering at Ruth Eckerd Hall, attending more than 200 rock concerts over the past seven years, and spending time with her dogs, cats, parrots, and even her neighbors' horses.
For Michele, real estate has never been about selling houses—it's about helping people through one of life's biggest decisions with honesty, experience, and a genuine love for the community she's proudly called home for more than 50 years.
