Michele Scarponi

Michele began investing in St. Augustine real estate several years before making the move from Richmond, Virginia to become a permanent resident. Her numerous visits to the First Coast over the course of those years reinforced her love for the Ancient City and desire to make this town home for her and her family.

Michele’s earlier career as an attorney helped develop her talents as a negotiator, trainer, and leader. These skills are extremely valuable in successfully navigating and executing today’s Real Estate transactions. Her education, with a degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico and a J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law all contribute to an understanding of what people want and knowledge of how to effectively and efficiently accomplish those goals to help her customers in buying and selling Real Estate.

Michele is certified by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World as a Relocation Specialist. Michele grew up in a Military and Civil Service family and knows first- hand the enormous effort it takes to relocate to a new city. Michele is also certified by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World as a Sales Specialist, Service Expert, Marketing Specialist and Targeting Marketing Specialist and Leader. She has been recognized by the St. Augustine office as a Top Listing Associate and Top Sales Associate. Michele was the Sales Manager in the St. Augustine office between 2016-2019.
