We are investors from California who recently sold our rental house and are planning to do a 1031 exchange in Oklahoma. We discovered Michele through Zillow, and typically, we interview three agents before making a decision. However, after just one call with Michele, we knew she was the right choice for us. Her sincerity, honesty, and generosity with her time are exactly the qualities we wanted in an agent representing us remotely.

Initially, we focused on Owasso and Broken Arrow, but Michele quickly grasped the type of properties and price ranges we were interested in and recommended Collinsville as well. This was a fantastic suggestion, as she helped us secure our first house in Collinsville very quickly at a great price! Her connection with the seller's agent ensured that the transaction went smoothly. After the sale, she even assisted us in obtaining multiple bids to find an excellent repair person for a known issue. Additionally, she helped us find a great rental property manager, and our experience with the management company has been wonderful! We were able to get the property rented just a few weeks after the previous owner moved out, and at an excellent rent price!

For our second house, Michele helped us acquire a tenant-occupied unit in Owasso. Although both the seller and seller's agent were challenging to work with, Michele skillfully kept everything on track for a successful closing. We are currently in the process of extending the lease and raising the rent for the current tenants.

Michele also recommended a sewer inspection, which proved invaluable. One of the houses we made an offer on had a sewer pipe crack at the street level. The seller offered to cover the cost for the repair but we decided not to move forward since we didn't know if the repair will fix the issue long term or not. Michele was very understanding and supported our decision. Without her advice, we would have purchased it and faced significant sewer issues down the line.

My only regret is not heeding Michele's advice on another great house in Owasso that we made an offer on. We were too aggressive with our counteroffer, which she believed the seller wouldn’t accept. She was right; our counter was rejected, and the seller went with another offer. If we had listened to Michele, we could have secured three houses instead of two!

Overall, we viewed over 20 houses, and for each one, Michele took the time to show us via FaceTime, providing her honest opinion on whether the house was a good fit. She never rushed or pressured us, always prioritizing our protection as buyers throughout the process. For each neighborhood, she provided recent sales and rental comps, which helped us quickly eliminate overpriced listings and make fair offers on the good ones.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Michele and will continue to collaborate with her in the future if we decide to acquire more rentals in the area. I highly recommend her services, especially for out-of-state investors. You’ll be in great hands!

Michele was incredibly patient with us; never making us feel rushed as we looked at multiple homes and took our time finding the right fit. She sent me all the information I needed to know about buying a home since we're first time home buyers. She referred a great lender which we had a great experience with. She's very knowledgeable about homes and can give great insight. She was able to get us in to look at homes either same day or next day. She even helped watch our 7 month old baby while we quickly explored the house. I absolutely recommend using Michele to help you buy your home. We had a great experience!
