I was very satisfied with the entire home buying process. Shelly was very helpful, easy to talk to and explained every step in a way that was easy to understand. There were issues with the sellers and Shelly was quick to get it all cleared up so that we closed on time! We love our new house and would definitely recommend Shelly!

Even on this crazy time of coronavirus, Michelle is so dedicated to finding me and my friends the best-fit house for my small business and primary houses for my friends. Michelle explains to me her educated ideas and suggestions about the way the US market is going and ideas on what the future might look like based on the city's plan and zoning. she manages to be perpetually available. Michelle Affield is exactly the kind of realtor I needed for my house search in Portland. I had only thirty days to find and buy my new home after selling my last home in California. With very little time to prepare, Michelle formed a game plan where she introduced me to quite a few neighborhoods in the Portland area, and then she focused our search on the neighborhood I fell in love with. Within three days, she found me not only a beautiful house that met all my needs, she found me MY HOME, a place that makes me feel cozy and at ease. I was not an easy person to deal with; Michelle had to navigate through all my nitpicking. She showed me quite a few houses and was very formidable in her quest to find the right place for me. All the time, she was gracious, attentive, and congenial. And I am very grateful for all the hard work she put in for me in such a short amount of time. I don’t know how many other realtors would have been able to give me the dedication that Michelle has given to finding my home. She was very intuitive and adaptive to meeting my wishes and needs. It was an absolute pleasure having Michelle Affield as my realtor and I most certainly will rely on Michelle in the future when I need a realtor.

Michelle has been a wonderful realtor to work with. I’m a first time home buyer and she made the process so easy. Not only did she find our dream home first go with only looking at a few homes, she made the sale happen within 30 days to work with my loan process. I was also unable to be there for some of the inspections. I put trust in her to handle those and she really made it work. I found the process similar to buying a used car, you don’t really know all the ins and outs till you drive it for a bit. Months later I’m still pleased with my purchase and her follow up with any questions or just to check in with us all along the way has been such a support. I would recommend Michelle not only for all of this, but also for her ability to really care about her clients and understand my vision and needs for our new home.
