We worked with Michelle & her team to purchase a home in Spanish Fort, AL in 2012. At the time, I was living 900 miles away while my husband lived & completed the home search here in Alabama. We were unfamiliar with the area in its entirety. Michelle & her team were so helpful in showing us homes in different neighborhoods and cities. Her knowledge & expertise of the areas helped us narrow down the city, neighborhood and then the home. They were very helpful in sharing the information with me, several states away. They were available early morning & late at night for questions & showings. I could only fly in for showings on limited days, mostly weekends & there were no problems setting up showings and appointments for these times. We looked at many homes & we never felt pressured into making an offer on a home we weren’t sure would work for us. The offer, acceptance and closing process were a breeze working with this team.
