Michelle BlueBenedict

Michelle Blue-Benedict is a long-time Lake Tahoe local dedicated to the community, her family, and her real estate brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services Drysdale Properties , South Tahoe. Michelle moved to Lake Tahoe in 1984, after graduating from the University of Oregon (and growing up in Virginia and Minnesota). After traveling through most of the United States and other parts of the world, Lake Tahoe is the spot she calls home. Michelle, her husband, and the Souers team opened the Pinnacle Real Estate Group in 2006 and ran it very successfully for many years. In 2022, they decided to merge with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Drysdale Properties to make sure their boutique Real Estate is current on all the new technology while retaining the small-town hands-on office feel.
