I'm Michelle Cecchini, REALTOR® and Broker/Owner of Shell Realty LLC. As an independent Broker, I personally guide every client from our first conversation through closing. You'll work directly with me throughout the entire transaction—never a team member or assistant.
With degrees in Marketing and Interior Design, I combine strategic pricing, professional property presentation, strong negotiation skills, and local market expertise to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
I specialize in residential listings, buyer representation, waterfront properties, golf course communities, new construction, and relocation throughout Ormond Beach and the surrounding coastal communities.
I'm also the creator of Smart Sale Certified™ and the 40-Point Home Readiness Review™, two seller-focused programs designed to help homeowners prepare their property before it reaches the market. My goal is to help sellers maximize their homes' value, minimize surprises during inspections, and create a smoother transaction from listing through closing.
