Michelle Cottingham

Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Michelle's career launched in 2000 at her Aunt's Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. Beginning as a loan processor & underwriter turned loan officer, she became a Realtor for ZipRealty during the early days of digital lead generation and consumer-facing online property searches. In the recession, she was on a nationally recognized short sale team and later an award-winning individual Salesperson at HomeSmart. She simultaneously served as Manager Of Agent Development, creating their training and mentoring program. Before joining ROG, Michelle held a dual role as a Salesperson for, and the Managing Broker of the up-and-coming boutique brokerage NORTH&CO. Michelle's excitement for the technical facets of the trade and passion for professionalism play out in her work as a C.E. Instructor certified by the AZ Department of Real Estate.
