Michelle Coulier

A lifelong resident of West Michigan, Michelle knows the local market inside and out. She became a homeowner at 23 and is passionate about helping others discover that same joy. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Michelle brings a uniquely caring and thoughtful approach to real estate, always prioritizing her clients' best interests during the significant decisions of buying or selling a home.

Michelle excels at guiding first-time homebuyers as well as securing top dollar for sellers. As a real estate investor herself, she also offers valuable insights to her investor clients.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects, and giving back to her community, including volunteering with Habitat for Humanity's Carpenters' Club and Women Build programs.

Michelle and her wife, Sarah, have 2 rescue pit bulls and are advocates for the breed and pet rescue in general. She is also a drummer, ice cream enthusiast, and is a liiiiiiittle obsessed with magic shows.
