Welcome to my website!! A little bit about me.... I am a mom, wife, nani, animal lover, and so much more!! I have resided in Southern NH with my husband for over 20 years and am a full-time licensed realtor in NH and MA.
I began my journey in real estate in 2022 to help fill the void of being an empty nester and to get out of the house and meet new people. I have found that I absolutely LOVE what I do and that I am good at it and it definitely shows in my work. Honestly, I never have down time and I absolutely love staying busy.
When I do happen to have some down time you will find me cooking, hanging with family and friends.

We had contact with Michelle prior to our relocation from the UK to the USA, she was super informative and helpful from the get go. Once we had arrived in the US Michelle helped us straight away! From setting up the viewing for our forever home, to sorting out the price, explaining things to us so we fully understood everything. Michelle truly goes above and beyond of whats expected of her. She's so knowledgeable and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone when we needed. I would definitely recommend Michelle to friends looking to sell and/or buy.
She made it so easy for us and we've landed our beautiful home here. Just can't thank her enough for all she done for us .

My wife and I elected Michelle Daley to act as our agent to help sell our home in Nashua in the Fall of 2023.

Michelle was very communicative throughout the entirety of our endeavor. She was ALWAYS there to answer any questions or special requests we had, at any time of day which was amazing and super refreshing for us! She was always looking to help in any way she could - everything from the minute details to the bigger picture side of things.

She did an amazing job with open houses. She baked festive treats to make the whole house smell amazing, and then left us the leftovers after the fact!

I can honestly say that Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. She’s a go-getter and did everything in her power to close quickly.

Because of her tireless dedication, we were able to close $20k - $30k higher than other comparable homes in the area, all at a time when the market was making a rapid reversal towards a buyer’s market for the first time in several years.

At the end of the day, Michelle is not only a great agent, but also a super nice person and great to deal with in every way.

We sincerely appreciate everything that Michelle did for us, and we can’t recommend her enough!
