Michelle Farrell

Michelle Farrell grew up with Real Estate starting at an incredibly early age. Her father owned many investment properties, and she was able to see first-hand how he managed each one. Fast forward to 2016 when she purchased her first investment property with her father. They rented out the first-floor apartment and completely renovated the second-floor apartment, which she owner-occupied. This gave her the chance to gain experience in managing the property on her own and build a strong understanding of that side of the industry! Michelle recently closed on her second investment property with her fiancé, which gave her further experience navigating the competitive market. Michelle is thrilled to use her expertise to assist both buyers and sellers in reaching all their Real Estate goals and is looking forward to helping her clients navigate the current market. She genuinely enjoys helping people and being able to be a part of such an important milestone in their lives.

Before Real Estate, Michelle held a variety of roles building relationships with clients as a Bridal Consultant, Fundraising Coordinator, and Buyer and uses those skills and experiences in her everyday work as a REALTOR. She currently lives in Dorchester and serves the greater Boston and South shore areas.
