About Michelle

Michelle Graves is an Atlanta-area native with 22 years experience in the real estate industry. After graduating from Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Decision Science and Management, she began her real estate career in new home construction. After several years of successfully selling new construction on-site for new home builders, she obtained her broker's license and entered the management and marketing side of the industry. She managed sales teams and marketing departments for various new home builders, condominiums developers, and master-planned communities in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. However, she realized that her true passion was working directly with individual home buyers, sellers, builders, and investors.

She turned her experience of managing sales teams and territories around Greater Atlanta to the benefit of her clients. Her knowledge of the markets and negotiation skills has helped her locate the most ideal homes at the best value for her buyers. She has assisted clients in price points from $100's to $1mill+, including condominiums, single-family homes, and land, from first-time home buyers to luxury homes.
