She has earned the Keller Williams Luxury designation and serves on the Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate Agent Leadership Committee representing the Luxury Division. She serves as the Keller Williams Luxury Liaison and teaches luxury classes to other agents to help them earn their Luxury Designation. Michelle has recently been named as an elite representative of the KW Sports + Entertainment (KWSE) and KW Relocation.

Originally from a small town in Nebraska, she married Dr. Brad Hupp in 1996, and they have five children and six grandchildren. She has been dedicated to philanthropy throughout her life. Currently, She has served on the Executive Board for the Cotillion Club of Sarasota and is the Venice Volleyball Association President. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, Broadway, boating, fishing, dining, live music, the outdoors, and attending sporting events.
