We met with Michelle after finding her online. She came prepared for our meeting and understood our unique situation. Her enthusiasm and whip-smart personality won us over and we hired her after interviewing 2 more agents. Everyone in her team was professional, courteous and extremely helpful in setting up the house for sale. Michelle answered all our questions promptly. When the first offer fell through a week before the settlement, she was quick to pivot us in the right direction. She gave us a lot encouragement and kept us focused on getting the house sold. Luckily, we got another offer less than 24 hours after going back on the market. Everything went smoothly thereafter. We also hired Michelle for buying our forever home. She asked a lot of questions on our wants and needs. While house hunting, Michelle was helpful in pointing out pluses and minuses of the properties. Her insight helped us navigate the buying process and we found our forever home. One day, we were at a showing with our kids. They were hungry and tired. Michelle knew we needed help so she offered to watch our kids while we finished the tour. That left a mark on us. She went above and beyond her job! We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house.

Michelle was our absolute #1 asset in our homebuying adventure. As first-time homebuyers, we were (obviously) complete novices about everything. Michelle was exceedingly patient and kind in response to every question, waffling episode, second thoughts, etc. we had along the way. We knew we could rely on her for her honesty, experience, and deep connections in the industry. She was always ready with insightful comments, and knew what to look for in terms of safety or structural concerns or other red flags. We had the sense from our first meetings that she knew and understood our priorities, so we could always trust her suggestions and guidance. And her good humor and candidness always made for fun and light-hearted meetings, even if the properties we were visiting were disappointing. In the end, she helped us find the absolutely perfect home for our family. We'll definitely reconnect with Michelle for any future buying/selling needs.... not that we're leaving this place anytime soon (maybe ever)!

We met Michelle in 2012 when we were entering the market for our first house. She never grew tired of my request to see another house after another house. When the property wasn't up to par, she was honest about the cost of repairs and how we didn't want such a burden with our first home. She found us a great handyman and even came by to help us change the locks. When we're ready to move again there's no need to find another realtor. She's familiar with our family and we can be candid about our needs.

Michelle is the best realtor we could have asked for! She knew our home preferences and was consistent at sending us homes that she thought we would like. When we decided on homes to view, she was super fast at making an appointment. She talked through our concerns about different homes and gave us her honest opinion. The only word to describe our experience was Phenomenal. The market is insane right now! Michelle was always so quick to get us into homes and ALWAYS on time.
