Great agent
Michelle helped us sell our previous home, and assisted us in the purchase of our new home and a separate piece of land for development. Our new home encountered several obstacles due to hillside construction and previous geological Issues within the community. Michelle was first and foremost concerned that the potential issues were in fact, not affecting our property at all, and through her diligent research and coordination with the geological engineer, we were able to have 100% confidence that our house had zero issues. She postponed our closing for nearly two months to protect us from any unknown risks. Today, we are extremely satisfied and secure in our dream home.
