They were very responsive whenever we had any questions and were willing to give us their honest opinion if they didn't think a home was right for us. They were also very proactive in showing us new homes. We viewed the house we ended up purchasing the morning it was listed, and Theo and Michelle worked quickly to get our offer in on the same day.

Michelle helped me purchase my first home when I was a 26 year old with absolutely no understanding of the home buying process. She helped educate me, connect me with other professionals needed throughout the process, and guide me each step of the way. She even left a mini Christmas tree for me since I was moving in right at Christmas time! As if that wasn’t enough to make me a client for life, she has kept in touch since I closed to check in and congratulate me on life events as they happen. Choosing Michelle as our realtor was a super easy decision. I had a 10 month old and was 7 months pregnant so buying a house was as stressful and exhausting as it could be for me. Michelle made the process so much easier and helped us with our difficult sellers. She was honest, straight to the point and had only one priority… getting us in our forever home!

I felt 100% comfortable in trusting her with this huge undertaking! Many times we asked her what would you do or what do you think and every time got her answer for what she knew was best for us. She wasn’t there for the sale she was there to help us!!

Michelle is still a huge part of our lives, a good friend and any home purchase I ever make in the future will be with her 100%!!

EXCELLENT!!! I just have very high words for the work Michelle and Theo are doing. My spouse and I have bought two different places with them and we couldn't have had better help.

Michelle helped us when we bought our first condo in Connecticut: we were really young, and she guided us through the whole process, making us feel comfortable and safe in every step. She's extremely professional, responsive, and knows the market extremely well. She will never tell you to do something that she knows it isn't the best option for you, and she might help with further actions such as looking for someone to paint, lawyers, bank officers, mortgage analysts, contractors... it seems she knows every single person related with home transactions in CT, and that's amazing!!

That's why we decided to call her when we wanted to buy an investment property 5 years later: we wouldn't have done it if we didn't know her, because we were living abroad. At that moment, she was already working with Theo, who just added more quality to the work Michelle was already doing. He's very professional and was the one in charge of our second apartment transaction. He even recommended a person of his trust to be our tenant, and we're just amazed by how smooth everything is when you work with Michelle and Theo.

I don't have enough words to recommend them. They're just exceptional in what they do, so, please, go ahead and call them if you're thinking of buying, selling, or renting a place.

We can't say enough good things about Michelle and Theo. About 6 years ago Michelle sold our house for us and helped us purchase another one which was a very complicated purchase (short sale) with an uncooperative seller's agent. She was extraordinarily thorough with all of the paperwork and details. Nothing escaped her notice (she really "crossed the t's and dotted the i's"!). She and Theo several years later both worked on the sale of our 2nd home which went very smoothly and at a better price than we hoped for. Then Michelle and Theo went above and beyond to help us find a place to rent even though they don't usually deal with rentals. They helped us with all of the arrangements including dealing with the Landlord's agent. Their guidance throughout all of these transactions made things go easily for us and saved us from making costly mistakes. Their knowledge and experience in real estate enables them to provide sound and reasonable advice. They are very professional, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. We were so pleased with everything they did for us that we have referred them to several of our friends.
