Michelle Noma truly loves what she does, and therefore has a hard time calling it work. She never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes, searching for the perfect property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. She enjoys the day-to-day variety that the real estate profession offers.

Before fleeing the frigid winters of the Midwest, to relocate to sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, Michelle earned her bachelor’s and master’s Degrees in Education. She has a passion for knowledge, which has carried over into her real estate career. She is constantly taking classes to keep up to date on the market and newest designations. She eagerly earned her Broker’s license and also carries designations that best help her meet her client’s needs, such as Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), First Time Home Buyer Consultant (FTHBC), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE).

Michelle now uses her education background to guide Home Buyers & Sellers step by step through the process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her strong work ethic combined with her patience and experience keeps her clients calm and happy! Michelle uses her expert negotiation skills to get her buyers the best deal possible and her sellers the best price possible. She understands the importance of attention to detail. She offers extensive marketing, staging tips, and professional photos to help get her listings sold. She guides her buyers through the home buying process by explaining each step, scheduling inspections, and attending inspections and signing appointments. Client satisfaction is her number one priority.

When Michelle is not “working,” she enjoys running half marathons, golfing and spending time with her 3 children.
