Michelle Pagan of Coldwell Banker Jay Lilly Real Estate is a bilingual real estate salesperson (REALTOR®) with almost two decades of experience in the Maryland real estate market holding multiple real estate designations and certifications including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Internet Professional (e-PRO®), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), and Housing Opportunity Certification (HOC®), and a Green Certified Real Estate Professional (GCREP®). She is also a Maryland Notary Public and holds a Maryland Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) license.
During her successful real estate career Michelle has received multiple Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® (SMAR) awards (2018 Hall of Fame Inductee, 2020 and 2015 Individual Gold Award, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018, 2014, 2013 Individual Silver Award, 2017 Team Bronze Award, 2016 Team Gold Award). In 2020, Michelle was nominated for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) Top 250 Latino Agents.
Michelle is a native of Puerto Rico and attended Trinity College in Connecticut where she obtained her B.S. in Biology. She later graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with an M.S. in Biology earning a 4.0 GPA. Having worked for the federal government as a translator and interpreter for many years, she decided to venture into the real estate world where she found her true passion, helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. Over the years, Michelle has also assisted many homeowners with selling their homes as a short sale negotiator and continues to do so as a knowledgeable short sale facilitator.
