She provided a selection of homes that were exactly the type of places I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable not only with the entire process of purchasing a home, but she also had a wealth of knowledge of the area. She was a very personable person who also helped me find the finishing touch to my place. She not only provided the opportunity to purchase used appliances, but she had her husband come to my home and install them for me. She assisted me all the way and gave me very good advice.

She has a very good knowledge of Antelope Valley and guided me and my wife through the neighborhoods in which we were interested. She provided us with many tips about the area and living in the desert. She negotiated on our part and was successful in getting us the house we were interested in. As I was selling a home in Los Angeles and it was not a pleasant experience, our experience with Michelle was simply the best. I would highly recommend her or use her services again in another transaction.

Michelle is an incredible individual; she really helps make the stressful process a seamless and easy one. Selling and buying is a real challenge at times and the way she keeps me in the loop helps keep my spirits high and keeps me motivated. Everything worked out great. In addition, she is fun, friendly, passionate and professional. I also want to note that she really has a grasp on her local and surrounding communities when she pointed out some of the benefits of the area I was interested in. She has a lot of experience and training, but most of all she is just very personable. I consider her a strong team-mate when buying and selling. Again, she was a breath of fresh air.

My dad had just died and I was the administrator of his estate and probate. I live out of state and had a limited timeline to actually be in Palmdale. So needless to say they were many hurdles associated with clearing out and selling a house from two time zones away. Michelle had all the resources lined up to take care of every task I had to do before listing the house. Once the house went on the market she was always available and really worked to keep me in the loop of what was going on. From first meeting to closing, Michelle was attentive, helpful and honest. In short she was an outstanding realtor and I would happily recommend her in the future.

This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend.
