About Michelle

I became a licensed real estate agent in the summer of 2000, but at that time I had a full time job that I enjoyed and a weekly paycheck I could depend on. Not willing to let go of that just yet, I spent the next 10 years only working my real estate business part time. As crazy as it may sound, it took the financial collapse of the last decade to push me into that leap of faith and pursue a full time career in real estate.

In 2010 I found myself wondering which direction to go in. After the financial collapse of 2008, like many Americans, my husband and I went from living a life with no worries to wondering how we would make ends meet without depleting our savings. My real estate license was up for renewal and I was actually considering letting it go. After all a career in real estate was my back up plan and the housing market had crashed.

It was during that time I clearly remember saying a prayer asking for guidance on how to use something I already had to begin to earn an income again and recover financially. Real estate was not the answer I was expecting. However, within just two weeks of saying that prayer, I received a phone call that would change my life. A dear friend of mine who had built a successful career in real estate had formed her own real estate team and was looking for a licensee to fill the buyer’s agent position. And so begins the leap of faith! For the next two years I had the honor of being a member of what quickly became the #1 RE/MAX Team in the state of Georgia. The knowledge I gained from working with some of Georgia’s top producing agents is priceless!

In January of 2013 I walked out on faith again, leaving the team to become an individual agent. Because, having the #1 name in real estate behind me is important, I have continued to hold my license with RE/MAX Center. The knowledge and support they provide keeps me above the crowd.

I fully enjoy every day of my fabulous career! Each day in the world of real estate brings something new and exciting! I believe hard work, determination, integrity and loyalty is key to achieving your goals.
