I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the Bay Area. My 30+ years of negotiating and problem-solving skills gives me the ability to successfully implement every level of the transaction. As a REALTOR® who carries the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, I am also educated on issues of particular concern to many of my older clients, including reverse mortgages, the importance of universal design and the uses of alternative financing options in real estate transactions. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I built a successful career in commercial real estate, working with corporate clients on their relocations and expansion needs. A 35-year resident of Marin County, I have an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley and I am also a certified LEED Green Associate.
